This notice describes what personal data the corporate site yty.yt collects, what it does not, and how you can exercise your rights under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD). The data controller is YTY, a French holding company registered under SIREN 887 663 201, whose head office is at 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 562, 75008 Paris, France.

What yty.yt is

yty.yt is the corporate site of the holding company YTY. It is a static informational site — no user account, no login form, no shopping cart, no checkout, no comment thread, no newsletter subscription. It does not host, sell or fulfil any product. Product-level flows happen on the operating brands' own sites (the RELICKEEPER Shop / Gallery / Corporate tenants, and photonumerique.com), each with its own privacy notice.

What is not collected by yty.yt

  • No user account is created — the site has no login and no registration.
  • No form data is collected — there is no contact form on this site (correspondence goes through contact@yty.yt).
  • No advertising tracker, no third-party analytics, no behavioural profiling on this domain.
  • No cookie is set for identification or tracking. A single functional cookie, lang, is set only when you click the FR / EN switch: it records your language choice (fr or en) for one year and is sent to this site only, so that it serves its pages in that language. It holds nothing else and is shared with no one. Without it, the language follows the preference your browser sends; your IP address is not used to choose the language.
  • No payment data is handled on this site.

What may be logged

Like any web server, the hosting provider serving yty.yt may retain standard HTTP access logs (IP address, User-Agent, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status). These logs exist for operational and security reasons (fraud, abuse, availability monitoring) and are kept for a short period consistent with common hosting practice. They are not enriched, not sold, not shared with advertising networks.

Fonts and external resources

The site loads typographic assets from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This request may transmit your IP address to Google's servers. If this is not acceptable to you, please use browser extensions that block third-party resources. We consider replacing these with self-hosted fonts to remove this external dependency in a future iteration.

Your GDPR rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights regarding YTY, or to file any complaint regarding privacy on this site, contact us at contact@yty.yt. If you consider that our response is unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), the French supervisory authority.
